We value your time. If you do not read the full document immediately, here are the core principles of how we work together:

• /We act as your dedicated tech partner, not just a vendor.
• /We operate on clear, honest investments – zero hidden fees.
• /You own your customer data.
• /Trading your 'I don't know' for a business that grows is a two-way street.

Unlike traditional agencies that sell confusing hourly rates, IDK Solutions provides clear productized packages like SPARK, IGNITE, and BLAZE, alongside custom software through our FORGE and VENTURE tiers.

Your specific deliverables are defined in your project roadmap. Any work outside that original scope will be discussed and quoted separately as a new investment.

We use honest payment plans built for the real-world cash flow of a South African business. We do not do hidden surprises at the end of the month.

• /Builds: Your website or app is paid for once. Every payment option has its own fixed total, agreed before you sign, and that total never changes.
• /Monthly plans: If you pay over 6 or 12 months, you pay that plan's fixed total in equal monthly payments. Nothing is added later.
• /Packages: A package is a bundle of builds plus monthly care. Pay the bundle once, or pay one fixed amount a month for 12 months with care included. After that you pay only for care.
• /Care: Care is a separate monthly service that keeps your site or app running.
• /Custom Builds: We use 'Pay As We Build' or 'Pay For Results'.
• /Missed payments: We never charge interest or late fees. If a payment is missed, we may pause the work or the care service until it is paid.

We can build the engine, but you have to drive the car. To meet our deadlines, we rely on you to provide feedback and content on time.

If a project stalls for an extended period because we cannot reach you, we may pause the work to protect both of our time.

We don't hold your ideas hostage. Here is how ownership works when you partner with us:

• /You own your brand identity, customer lists, and content from day one.
• /For custom FORGE builds, the finished software is yours to use for good once it's paid for.
• /We keep the source code and may reuse it in other work. If you need the source code itself, it can be bought separately.
• /For our packages, full license rights transfer to you once the build is fully paid: upfront, or with the last of the 12 monthly payments.

We handle the boring tech stuff behind the scenes. We keep your site fast, lock it down from hackers, and back it up.

However, IDK Solutions cannot be held legally liable for damages caused by third-party global outages, cyber-attacks, or sudden Google algorithm changes. We promise to act as your shield and fix things as fast as possible when the digital world gets messy.
